If you have seen the news lately, be it local dailies or those international dailies, you would notice what graced the headlines.

Almost depressing. I don't know what going to happen man. Its like are we becoming less tolerant? I don't know.

I just want to say everything in moderation is good.
Every religion teaches good.
If you remember its states, if the person slaps you on one cheek, then offer him the other cheek.
What happened to that good old teaching?

One Of My Favourite Things

I love this pair of shoes. Hardly worn it as its kinda high for me to wear to work. I bought it around year 2002 in singapore.

But as you can see, as I found out lately after I opened the box..(yeah i brought back the original shoe box from sg hehehe..), its falling apart. But for this picture, I place the shoes on a Voir box not the original box hehehe.

Here's some pictures. But you can't really see the buckle side which is falling apart too but i plan to salvage it by glueing it later on.. ai ai ai... very sim tiah leh.. i love this pair of shoes.

The Constant Gardener

I just finished watching The Constant Gardener.
Well, now i know why it won some awards :P
The show is pretty meaningful and dramatic. In a sense you get to the poverity and corruption of govt that causes the people to suffer. And outstandings individuals trying to make changes. The small voice that brings hope to people.

Its a movie worth watching.
It is true, that if you believe in the cause which you're fighting for, you have more determination to see it thru.

But one thing tho' I don't get the link btwn the title and the substance in the show.. hmmm..

It came and It sorta went....

CNY came and its almost gone... at least its into the 4th day already.

I haven't been exactly productive. Even my younger bro said... I could achieve much more, if i weren't that lazy hahahaha.

4 days of being couch potatoe. The truth is, I just didn't feel like doing anything. Well 1st day I helped my mom with alot of the chores in the kitchen as the first day all our relatives would come over. After the 1st is over, my mom would go to some relatives house. Well for me, I just sat home glued myself to the tv or the pc (watching movies).

Darn it... why does time has to pass so fast when you're not at work!? DARN IT DARN IT..

I took some photos of the CNY dishes we had.. but am too lazy at this mo' to put it up. hehehe. will do it later on today.
